Just Dropping By…With My Thoughts on Bras and Vitamins

I was getting dressed the other day, and I pulled my bra out of the top drawer of my dresser and said to myself, “Gee, I really need some new bras.” Then I thought back to the last time I bought new bras. It was a while ago. You see, I don’t like buying bras. When I buy new dress or a fun necklace, I get to show it off and hear what people think. I get comments like, “Cute dress!” and “Wow, I love that necklace!” But no one sees my new bras – well, one other person sees them besides me, and he might give me a “Wow!” for the pretty ones (the ones I only wear indoors and usually not for very long…), but the really COMFORTABLE bras that I wear every day don’t garner much attention from anyone. They just aren’t glamourous. Because they aren’t showy – really, they’re rather boring, I avoid buying new ones when I should, and I’m tempted to go the cheap route instead of finding the bra with the best quality. As I was putting on my boring bra that day and all these thoughts were going through my head about buying a few new cheap, boring bras, I had an epiphany. Despite the fact that a bra provides the foundation for every outfit we wear, and despite the fact that a good bra will be more comfortable and will last longer than a bargain bra, we buy the cheap ones because bras are not fun to show off to our friends like jewelry and clothes!
